"The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security. We didn’t arrive until 3AM due to our flight but since I had emailing the hotel about our arrival time, someone was there to greet us which was much appreciated after traveling for 23 hours. "Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."

Fantastic

"The resort is amazing with breathtaking view.Our room is very nice with balcony facing the bay. Breakfast buffet is plenty and variety with different foods choices. We love the service here and staffs are very friendly and polite.The resort also has electric taxi to take you to into the town with small fee. We are really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely recommend to our friends and family if they travel to Việt nam "

A nice place to unwind at the end of the day.

"We had a great stay here our room ‘was very spacious and well appointed. Lots of storage for your things. The view was nice from the room. There is construction right now but you still have a view. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff are very helpful! I definitely recommend this hotel."

Beautiful location amongst the karsks

"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Incredible views from our room & balcony. We even saw some wild goats. Nice walk to town and around the bend. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Great deal of major construction going on in town & in the waterfront in front of the hotel….but it was OK…..even interesting to watch. Enjoyed our morning breakfast every day. Beautiful location amongst the karsks."
