Cannot emphasize enough how incredible the stay at Cat Ba View Hotel was, and this is all credited to the amazing and hard working staff. When we arrived, Nam changed our room to give us a balcony and a view. He also gave us an overview of the island and the spots to check out. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast (recommend the chicken soup) and came back from our day to a fresh and clean room. Many thank-you’s.

Very nice, clean and well maintained facility. But the best part is the staff. From before we arrived, we were able to communicate and preplan transportation and activities on the island. Mr. Kien and the whole staff were great. I could tell it was very important to him that everything was perfect. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the main restaurant area. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the nicest hotel I experienced in Vietnam. It far exceeded what I expected for the price. On a quiet street but 5 mins walk to the main pedestrian sea front area. Good breakfast is a bonus. But above all the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. They can help with anything you need.

Nam and his co-host were so very sweet and welcoming solved any of our issues that came up right away. The breakfast was always plentiful and tasty with excellent service. Nam also arranged our ride into the national park to see the cave and do our hike to Ngu Lam peak. We had a wonderful stay!
