This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Exceptional customer service by the staff. Rose was especially considerate, helpful and inviting. The team made the stay unforgettable. In addition to that, the food, the room and overall cleanliness was top notch as well. This one will always be our go to hotel in Hanoi moving forward.

Perfect spot in Hanoi. Close enough to walk to all the good shopping and restaurants but far enough from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet. Rooms were on the small side but comfortable and we loved the roof top pool.

The room looks just as the pictures advertised, wonderful staff, very informative, excellent customer service, the entire apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. The location was excellent, close by all attractions around the old headquarter. You won’t be disappointed.
