「Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

The bottom of shower door also has a hole so all the water goes out onto the bathroom floor. Place is pretty clean, only a few hairs on bed sheet, nothing too crazy. One towel had stains, but the others were fine. There was weird music playing every morning at around 5am. that kept waking us up. The...

「The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.」
