「Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.」

「Nice」

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」

「不錯」

「The room is very good. 服務員非常棒，房間很乾淨，有暖氣供應，停車方便，離市區也很近」

「Receptionists were not very friendly, but the apartment was good in all equipments and clean. The tram station is just 3mins walk distance. If you just travel with partner, it’s a good choice to stay here.」

「Great location, close to the shopping mall.」

「Overall is good and clean I」

「Staff is super nice and helpful Location is just few minutes walk to restaurant, supermarket and public transport 」

「Everything you need in a good location」

「非常乾淨每日樽裝水任攞，房間夠大花灑夠熱，冇缺點！」

「Parking was easy and secure」

「不能理解為什麼住一個星期只能分配到一卷衛生紙，是什麼標準判別一卷衛生紙足夠用一個星期呢？還有沒有門的廁所看起來像是住監獄！」

「It was ok but by no means the quality I would have expected. The room was cold and I had to ask for a heater. The first 2 were broken so they gave me their personal heater. That worked well. It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...
