「Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility」

「I'd say our stay was average. The room was clean, except for the windows which were covered in hand prints. Both of the silver finish plates around the shower controls were loose and not attached to the walls. The restaurant food was ok......I saw customers wait for accompanying sides well after their mains were delivered. We ordered 1 large glass of house white and 1 red with our meal. The white came in a large glass but the red came in a small glass filled to the brim as they had no large...
