"The staff were top-notch from check-in to check-out. Although I do speak Chinese, I don’t speak it very well. I very much appreciated the staff’s ability and willingness to switch to English immediately when they quickly sensed I was more comfortable with getting help in English. In my recent experiences, most hotels in HK and Macau go straight to Mandarin and only begrudgingly use English if I ask them to repeat something a third or fourth time. They are also very kid-friendly and prepared our room with special amenities kits and slippers for my three-year-old. We enjoyed our stay at Conrad Macau and will definitely be returning."

"Great overall! The view was spectacular, I had the beach view which I feel was better than sea view in my opinion because you could see the sea a bit, hear the waves on the beach, and see the green scenery. The location was great as it was far enough from the main city parts but close enough to hop on the its own dedicated public bus stop and get pretty much anywhere in less than 30 minutes. The breakfast was also worth getting as it had wild assortment from local Macau food to international dishes. The room was also very spacious and the balcony was great. The pools and the other sports facilities were nice. They have their own driving range for golfers which was a nice surprise!"

The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views, and the high-quality amenities made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel’s design strikes a perfect balance between contemporary style and comfort, creating an elegant atmosphere without feeling overdone. Everything was immaculately maintained, and it was clear that great care goes into the guest experience. Its location within Studio City is also a major plus, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions. What truly sets W Macau apart is its outstanding hospitality. The team’s attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a great stay into a memorable one. Although we were only there for one night, we left wishing we had booked longer.
