Overall it has not been maintained specifically in terms of carpet being very soiled throughout hallways and rooms, We stayed om the 3rd floor up many staircases inaccessible by the elevator and staff did not offer help with heavy suitcases. ..."

Lift was out of order and an awful climb to3rd floor for an octogenarian….. Staff were most helpful carrying luggage up and down for me. Lovely views ..."
