The location of this place is what makes it worth it. Amenities were okay, you have to ask for big towels otherwise they won’t give them to you, rooms are small. The staff was friendly . Overall it was a nice stay

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

need to prove signage that identify the hotel to the upcoming guest. We has hard time to find it Hotel was very convenient for easy to check in and check out, has everything someone would need plys some nice extras, such as a the best automatic coffee machine and small dining area outside of room, supply of fresh towels on demand, utensils etc. Really like it without depend on staff. Hotel really has mind of traveler needs.

Options for a spa, 24/7 convenience store and very clean rooms along with a utility room for washing and drying clothes. This was perfect for what we paid. Would be coming back in the future if we stay around Insadong again!
