「The apartment was shared with others, so lacked some privacy, but the problem we had was locating it. No information was provided about the location, buikding number or apartment number. A good deal of time was spent trying to find it. However, it was very comfortable.」

「Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests. 」

「Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. I had to follow up for the information on my end with no proactive communication from the management. We are still waiting to receive the security deposit back. Overall, good...

「The apartment management were quite responsive and changed my room after I reported the dog chewed furniture and stained carpets. But these should have been removed before new guests. 2nd apartment had some cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly but doesn’t change basics.」

「It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. 」
