「I’ve traveled to La Crosse for over twenty years and have stay at several hotels there. This was my first stay at the Fairfield Inn. The location is very convenient for tourists since it’s located downtown. The lobby is wide and very welcoming. 「They were super accommodating when I accidentally booked for the wrong day, and they let me change my date at the last minute. My room was clean and quiet, and everything was super comfortable! My only complaint is that some of the stuff was a little worn down. The bathroom door was old and hard to close, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom, but otherwise very good experience! 」

「I enjoyed the accommodations very well, room was nice, grounds were well kept. I actually left some clothes behind and realized it 2 hours later while traveling back to Georgia. I called the hotel, told them what I'd done and they gathered the stuff up and shipped it to me. Very grateful. 」

「This was a fantastic hotel. Great breakfast, huge room (especially next to the stairs), clean and friendly. In fact, on a big road trip with 10 hotel stops, I mistakenly booked the wrong night at this location, and I didn't realize the mistake until they called to confirm. Happily, they were able to switch it to the correct night. The gentleman at the desk was very attentive to the buffet during breakfast.」
