「We stayed in a newly remodeled room... very firm new couch couch, turned into a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements , and that was decently comfortable for our two kids. there was not a dim enough light for a night light , so I kept the microwave open all night. and there were only three pillows for the king bed...but we were too tired and distracted to go ask for more bedding, so I guess it was fine. the blanket that was our extra bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable.. but...

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly.」
