"The front desk was good. Our neighbor decided he and whoever he was with that midnight was a perfect time to turn the music up and be incredibly LOUD. I called the front desk and they came to check but they had turned it down for a minute but it went back up. Around 1:45 they decided that engaging in intimate behavior VERY loudly while listing to their music loudly was a good idea. 2 ish I had enough and went to the front desk. They came and knocked and they finally stopped with all the damn noise."

"The staff was very ice and the breakfast was decent but that's where it stops. The room was terrible. The ceiling was pealing and kept falling on the floor. The carpet felt so dirty I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. One of the lamps lightbulb was so dim we used it as a light light. The bathroom was a disaster. The walls and corners had been patched so many times it wouldn't stay on the wall. It had different color paint in places where they didn't even try to match it. The shower changed temperature about every 30 seconds from cold to scalding. On top of all that they charged us to park in their lot. We asked why and was told people at the Marina kept using it so they had to start charging. So charge the Marina people not the guests. All this and they charged us $200+. We had stayed there a number of times but they have really let it go so never again."

"Absolute garbage. It is NOTHING like the pictures on their website and is a total bait and switch hotel. Front door lock was held on by a single screw so we blocked the door with a chair since the lock didn't seem effective. Couldn't use the blow dryer in the bathroom b/c the handle was sticky with something. The list goes on. I'd have understood if not for the fact that the pictures online are completely deceptive. Our room looked nothing at all like the pictures. Very, very disappointed and I feel very taken."

"The hotel was overall a decent stay. The room was very clean, which I appreciated, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff was fine nothing stood out, but no issues either. Breakfast was okay, but pretty standard and nothing special. It did the job for a short stay, but there wasn’t anything particularly memorable about the experience. Would consider staying again if the price and location made sense."

"was great as far as pet friendly love this about the hamptons; breakfast was good just needed a few more options--fresh fruit and more of those potato's they had one morning but overall a great stay and love we can carry our dog. Michelle at front was great and very helpful; "
