HORRIBLE RUN FROM THIS HOTEL!!! The rooms smell like mold the bed is dirty and the chairs and couches are stained and stink. The floors were horribly stained and dirty. Bathroom had mold everywhere. Staff rude and did not care about complaints. Please do not book this hotel! Worst hotel I have ever ran into. We got our money back and did not stay!

The worst thing that happened to me at this trashy hotel was that the manager called and threatened to throw out my clothes if I didn't remove them; he got angry because I posted that it’s the worst hotel—full of bedbugs—and everyone who stays there complains. I was on every floor, and everything is infested. If you wake up with bites, look under the mattresses—that’s where they’re hiding. It’s a trashy hotel run by crooks; they stole my money and kicked me out. I do not recommend it—never again.

I really enjoyed staying here there was plenty of room for my family . I also enjoyed the breakfast everything was really good the only thing was that it did not have a pool that is the bad thing. I was a bit disappointed.

When we checked in around 7:30 pm, I was given a key card for room 307 (it was written on the card holder even). When we got to the room, there were already guests in it. They said the same thing happened to them earlier. I went back to the desk and was given another room (403), this one thankfully empty. The man at the desk apologized as said the room would be comped. When going to bed, I joked that we needed to deadbolt the lock in case someone tried to check into our room later... well around 11:30 pm, someone did try to come in saying that they were just assigned room 403 as well!! Total check-in system chaos. 4 days later, the room was not comped.

The owner was very rude. The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor with roaches and smelled heavily of smoke. My eyes instantly burned and when I looked at the bed, there were bugs and stains all over the blankets and mattress. When I asked for a refund the manager Ignored me and was very unprofessional.

Apparently, the hotel is going through renovations. We were placed in a room with old paint that was bubbling, mold in corners, floors that were slick from what might be unrinsed soap, high humidity, and rusty fixtures.

The staff were amazing. Great people. But the bedspread was dirty, the night stand was dirty (had coffee cup rings on it), and the shower was dirty, with bathtub ring. The soap dish had a previous guest’s hair in it. There was no coffee in the room either. On the positive side, it was nice and quiet, the a/c was good and cool, and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed in several hotels over our life,but this has to be one of the most filthiest one ! that I can remember, from dirty floors,dirty furniture, nasty bathroom, we had no towels in room, and was told they were washing and drying them now.finally upon getting some they were so bad with stains and smell we used out beach towels, this place needs to be closed down by the board of health.
