「horrible experience Mold and water damage and peeling paint door handle came off so I was locked out until a locksmith came to replace the door handle left sharp metal parts of the broekn handle in front of the entance no hot water and charged for damaging a crib that I never saw or touched a HORRIBLE place」

「Everyone was nice, we had a great time!」

「We stayed at Riverside by the Beach Apartments for 14 nights with two adults and three children, booked through Expedia as part of a flight-and-hotel package. Our experience was extremely disappointing. During our 14-night stay, there was no regular housekeeping and no replacement of towels or bed linens. 「Great stay, awesome location, love the staff and pool area, even though you are steps from the beach」

「The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit .」
