Helpful things to add to the check-in process :)
General communications were frequent but there were a few things missing from the check-in instructions that would have been helpful. 1) Detailed instructions on how to use the door lock system. The code was included but how to lock and unlock the door using the combinations of buttons and turns was needed. We had to call twice about that. 2) Please include the secured beach gate code with the check-in information. 3) Due to the recent storms, there was work being done on the roof. It would have been helpful if a general notification of the work being done had been sent to the upcoming renters. Also... they started working at our before 6:30 am every day so the cranes and workers and dumpsters being moved jolted is out of bed each morning. We were understanding of the need to make repairs but starting that early in the day was completely unacceptable for a vacation property. That was the only truly disappointing thing.
The property was nice. Could use a fresh coat of paint but is otherwise clean and a prefect location! Price was reasonable as well. I would still stay there again!
