灣岸Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「The room was nice, but what really made it great is the staff, especially the shuttle service really patient and sweet people. The adult pool was relaxing, and the menu was flexible and they were responsive. The restaurants around are great, we dined at nosh and the cafe by the bay, would totally come back.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us.
