"The location is perfect. It's located on a beautiful section of the beach, close proximity to a diner and stores. Good parking options. Hotel is not worth the money.
Set up of hotel is nice but it lacks in a few areas; definitely needs a coat of paint.
We checked in and did not have towels in our room. Housekeeping had me go downstairs for them instead of getting them for me-she was cleaning the room right next door. I went downstairs but they had no towels available. We didn't get any until 9:00p.m that night. The next day, the cleaning person cleaned our room and took the towels we had hung up, that we got at 9pm the night before! Once again, I had a frustrating conversation with the front desk where I asked them to go find me towels because I'd just gotten back from an hour power walk on the beach and I'd like a shower! That took a WHILE but we got towels.
We informed the front desk, within an hour of us checking in, that the person next to us was smoking Marijuana on the balcony. They did nothing after I asked security to go to the room, only said I won't be held responsible for the smell in my room. I booked this hotel for the balcony beach view!
The pool area had no towels for the 4 days we were there. The stand was there, not the towels. Poolside- The cleaning people left the same garbage behind the chairs, on the ground-right side of deck area, for 3 days, only fixed the pillows on chairs. Same with garbage by elevators.
We will not stay here again. Lazy staff!"
