「The room was filthy and had a heavy smoke smell. There were many, many mosquitos in the room. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when sitting or lying down. We were so dissatisfied we had to check out a day early. I will be asking for a refund for the last day. We had a helpful maid who couldn't speak but she honored our request to have the bed sheets changed,」

「The room was very clean. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We received clean towels daily.」

「Blow dryer cord was cut, phone did not work, ac was loud, bar was busy with undesirable people going all through the parking lot, outside security door did not work.」
