"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! "We particularly liked the location of the hotel. We were very grateful that the reception staff gave such a warm welcome on arrival. The concierge was very helpful with directions and arranging taxis. The room was very clean. The spa treatment, foot massage was outstanding. Lots of choice for breakfast. However, the breakfast area was crowded, and the coffee machine kept breaking down during our stay, meaning we had no coffee on two mornings."

The building and the environment combines the beauty of the traditional Chinese architectures and the luxurious comfort of a modern hotel. It is quiet and beautiful and comfortable. Their food is very delicious. We will not hesitate to book the same hotel if we travel here again. "

"The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the little strolls we had around the hotel property with the little animals (peacocks are a bit noisy to be fair). Our reservation includes 1 hour river rafting which was quite scenic and also saved us the trouble of having to get the tickets separately outside. The hotel itself though is a bit far from the town centre. We weren't able to make use of the free shuttle due to schedule conflicts but it was quite convenient to call a taxi to get into town."

"Wonderful hotel away from the hustle and bustle in Tuen, but close enough to walk to things. very well appointed rooms, beautiful views as advertised in the photos, with not blocked by other buildings, the beautiful gardens in front and access to the river walkways were a big plus, staff fluent in english, very good food in their hotel restaurant, (much better than offsite options). I spent three very relaxing days there during a busy first trip to China, doing a bit of tai chi. There were several other wellness and craft activities on offer."
