「The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. 「Very new hotel and many restaurants around, very busy area during Friday to Sunday evening until 1-2am. Bathroom lighting very bad, too dark or too bright! Stay 4 nights but never refill coffee capsules. Buffet Breakfast not much choice and very crowded during weekend.」

「It took more than 40 minutes to check in simply because the front desk staff printed out the wrong documents. Confirmed breakfast included upon check-in, but was declined by the restaurant the following day due to the mistake by the front desk staff - again. Not at all a pleasant experience with the front desk. Otherwise the restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.」
