"My stay was good overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The pool was very cold, so adding a heater would make it much more enjoyable. "While a lot of the ratings I gave were average, know that this place is a solid place to stay, but definitely not anything fancy. Especially if you want a more authentic experience where you explore and step away from the overly touristy things, this is perfect. My two younger children and I stayed alone and it was safe. They even had a laundry room, which I loved because I love doing my laundry to avoid going home with a suitcase filled with nasty laundry from vacation…. And it’s awesome for cleaning beach towels and swimsuits between uses! It’s a good location as it’s close to several beaches and historical sites like las ruinas. "
