Near Metro station and supermarkets Wall paper peeling off the wall and the walls are very thin, but for the price I was happy what I got.

【チェックイン時】 デポジットにクレジットカードは使えないという勝手なマイルールを持ち込む 「そんなわけないでしょう？」と伝えると渋々クレジットカードにて対応するが、終始不機嫌そう(笑) 【部屋】 ・入室時シャワールームが水浸し ・足ふきマットが湿っている （多分使い回し） ・ヘアシャンプー、ボディソープの容器がカピカピ ・禁煙室を指定したのに部屋に灰皿 ・バスタオルに穴 ・テーブルの横にUSB端子が２つ有ったのは○ 【チェックアウト時】 チェックアウトを伝えるとカードキーだけ回収して 「finish」と言われる 「デポジットを預けているけど？」と伝えると 「デポジットは預かっていない」と言い切ってきた。 「私はクレジットカードで支払いましたよ」 と伝えると舌打ちをされた クレジットカードを渡すとカウンター内のテーブルにカラーンと音がする角度で投げおく。 しばらく端末と格闘している様子だが、いつになっても進まない。（この間約20分） 原因は利用する端末を間違えて別端末で格闘していた事が原因だった。 デポジット返金手続きが終わったのがチェックアウトにフロントを訪れた30分後です。 他にもホテルは沢山あります。 この事実を元に皆様判断してください(笑)

Very convenient location

Very convenient location near subway station and bus stops with nice restaurants around. Friendly staff. The hotel building is old and needs maintenance particularly the door lock and water pipe in the bathroom. Indeed I had to change room because of maintenance problem. Otherwise the stay is a pleasant one

Great hotel, a bit difficult to find. Hotel was clean, but quite old. Not noisy at all. No breakfast. If you know where you going, not far from Metro stop. Nice restaurants in the area.

2017年國慶期間回廣州, 第一次入住這酒店. 酒店離小北地鐵站5分鐘路程, 很方便. 附近有便利店, Mcdonald's, 真功夫(連鎖中餐館), Starbucks... 酒店的價錢相當有性價比, 想節省住宿費值得考慮. 酒店雖然不算豪華, 整體清潔度不錯, 沒有發現設備損壞而不能用的情況.

correct hotel but nothing special

Hotel very well located, close to many restaurants and a 7eleven at 50 meters. Not so perfect about rooms concerning soundproofing as some disrespectful customers talk loudly at 4am on corridor. But ok about cleaning everyday and confortable bed. Best point: the staff is very kind and helpfull at reception (especially the young lady working at night) and talk good English, give all information you want.

It was ok but check in was terrible Lady at reception told us even if you have a booking we don't have room and were asked to leave the hotel and look somewhere else - That was strange - but finally got an upgraded room -

Nice price, nice location

Check in to hotel was fast and hassle free. Room was in clean condition. Cleaned towels are provided in a wrapped plastic bag. Wifi connection is pretty good, surprisingly. Bed is a little hard but fine for me. Location is the best of all.

First two days they shifted us to other hotel as they were over booked . I was surprised how they are doing this . but I have no option as in other country . no help given from hotel.com . done hundreds call but no one able to take decision . hotel.com service was hopeless. after two days they shifted in their hotel .staff was good ,supporting . what I think that my room booking amount was not given by hotel.com to hotel .
