"Location was excellent - close to major sites, restaurants, shops, and about a 10 minute walk to train station. The property manager, Alyn, was very responsive, kind, and helpful. No front desk but communication via WhatsApp went well. Breakfast staff was nice too. Breakfast was very good - enough options to start the day with the option to have breakfast in your room or in communal area. You choose breakfast options the night before and leave the information outside the door. Note about the standard double room: bathroom privacy is not optimal. Bathroom door is a sliding door. Shower can be seen from the rest of the room as shower is separated by smoke color glass. One can slide bathroom door over to cover shower window, but that leaves rest of bathroom partly exposed. Possible consideration if you are sharing room with someone you do not know too well or are not very close to. There are no lifts, and there are quite a few stairs. Going up and down and even taking a moderately heavy carry on can exert a lot of energy, especially if there are mobility issues. Also, only had one room key card so had to coordinate entry into room if we split up for a while. All in all, great stay and would likely stay here again (probably in a different room) as long as we do not have mobility issues. "

"Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight. Unfortunately, did not have time to try the restaurant or breakfast. My room was huge! Next time, I would get a smaller room for just one person."

"I am not sure who photo-shopped the photos for this property. This hotel needs to state that it is a budget hotel. The description should make it clear that you do not have a bathroom in your room. The bathroom is located across the hallway of our room and makes that difficult to use. The bathroom is private and is yours that you have a key for to use. It was also very difficult to get in contact with anyone to get us onto the property. This property felt more like staying in a hostil and not the type of hotel I would chose to stay. The property was clean and the staff were pleasant."

"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."

"Great location - I arrived the cruise terminal (10 mins walk) and left from the train station (30 mins walk), with sightseeing. Staff very helpful. Room large and generally fine but some maintenance issues. Breakfast good but very quiet (at Easter). Luggage storage in a room but no security on it. Bar not open while i was there (but there are lots of places nearby)"

"It was a very lovely B&B.- however our stay was very Brief. Because we were leaving super early, they put us in a Supplement building that they converted into a room and bathroom. It was really nice however the bed was super bouncy and and the bed frame was not the greatest quality."
