We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cala Marina. First, the staff was so friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We couldn’t believe the breakfast spread when we came down the first day. So many choices and everything was delicious! The room was good size and clean. The location was outstanding. It’s the last hotel right across from the marina, so quiet, but an easy walk to restaurants right down the street, or a short walk to the old section with many more options for dining.

We had an amazing stay. The accommodations were wonderful. Our room overlooked the sea. the staff was very helpful and kind. They do have street parking but we paid for parking in a parking lot. Very clean and well maintained.

Hotel Cala Marina seemed practically new when we visited in November 2023. The staff were the most fluent in English of the six Boutique hotels we stayed in throughout Sicily. The food service staff was outstanding. Parking was the easiest of our six hotels as well.

The most beautiful hotel with amazing staff. I consider myself very lucky to have stayed here and will highly recommend Cala Marina to everyone. My stay started with car service arranged through the hotel which was perfect both coming and going. Every day staying there was a pleasure with the kindest front desk and dining staff too. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I absolutely loved the lemon flavored croissants paired with a cappuccino. Room was comfortable, spacious and so clean. Lovely small hotel right on the port

Hotel is a lovely small establishment on the port. It has recently been renovated in typical Sicilian style. The staff are friendly, informative and efficient. Lovely breakfast which the lady cook prepared with pride every morning. This is just a bed and breakfast hotel where you can also get a drink. It does not do lunches and dinner. However you are right on the port with plenty of options for eating, pleas do note that Hotels.com’s description of this hotel is completely incorrect- they say there bars, a swim up bar, restaurants etc. this is not the case if that is what you are looking for. The photos on the site are however correct! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Feels like home

Fantastic location right on the waterfront. The hotel team were super friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Castellamare.
