And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking.」
