「Perfect in many ways」

「Kitchen in the room was wonderful and well equipped. Walk-in shower was very nice for my 91 year old mother. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast options were delicious.」

「The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. Definitely worth it if you don't mind the distance!」

「My daughter and I stayed two nights. The hotel and room was very clean. The clerks were friendly. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and helpful.」

「There was no shampoo, and a light from outside shined in our room all night. It was the first time I paid for cleaning after I had paid for the room」

「Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, great location for food.」

「Fantastic staff and modern, clean facilities. Will absolutely stay again when in the area!」

「all good but the mattress is too soft , not good for sleep」

「Staff was very attentive we were able to actually check in our room early! Which was so much appreciated after being on a turbulent flight room was clean when we lost her key super helpful in us finding it! We recommend staying here again」

When we finally got to our recently refurbished room, it was clean and well appointed, however, none of the the plugs in the bathroom worked. The extra daily fees that cover amenities didn't cover much. When we went to use the pool we were told they were closing it for...

「雖然提供機場接送，但電話聯絡過後等了約四十分鐘車子才來，我主動跟司機打招呼但司機不願友善回應，我們也必須自己搬行李上下車。」

「 Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. On top of that, the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear people talking and arguing outside, as well as footsteps from the...
