"The rooms was very nice the bed was comfortable and they have options downstairs such as an indoor and outdoor pool and a tiki bar and a cafe and the best pizza restaurant connected. We stayed on the top 10th floor had an amazing ocean front view. They provide dishes so it was easy to cook inside. And the couch folded into another bed I loved it and I definitely will be going back it was very nice "

"So....my whole experience was positive. It truly was. The condo is nicely decorated and clean. However, there is a distinct smell of cat urine. I will say in all fairness, an Elliot representative was quick and very timely about getting someone in our place to try to remedy the odor. And while it didnt entirely resolve the smell, I truly appreciated how quickly they responded. "

"Booked a room for 8 people and there was only 3 blanket..for 8 people...room was pretty clean amd everyhting was okay had to contcat people about door coor to get into the hotel as it wasnt provided...inly preety much w ejad was not enough blankets. "

"There was no directio. On where to empty garbage cans in the room. There was not enough towels. Since this is a private owned room, we had to try to figure out garbage disposal and there were not enough towels. Parking was not clear so we needed to call a gain and again. The room was nice. The neighbors were loud at night. The pools were not very clean."

"The instructions to unlock the door was confusing. The outside lock wouldn’t lock. It was supposed to be an ocean view room but all you could see was bushes. Very noisy. Room needed to be updated. Floors where slippery."

"For the price it’s awesome. Not the best but certainly not the worst. We cleaned the room once we got there. It wasn’t filthy but not clean enough for us. Pools and amenities were clean and great. We enjoyed staying there and will be back. "

"Very disappointed that the price I paid for the room did not include access to the pool. I personally feel like unless specifically stated that the pool isn’t for all guests, then it should be allowed. Parking was horrendous and a bit confusing as were the rooms and buildings. Our room was okay, definitely needed some upgrades. The view was beautiful and I liked how close we were to the beach, but the hotel itself was sub par. Will stay somewhere else next time where I can enjoy the pool."
