The beach view was amazing. The location was amazing. We could walk everywhere we needed to. Will definitely be coming back. I wish the pools were heated. Food and shopping were close. Only thing I noticed was it was a bit outdated, needs a new coat of paint in areas and the bathtub had mildew on the caulking and ceiling and the jets could definitely be cleaned out. We don’t really spend much time in the room anyways except to sleep and bathe so overall it was nice.

Made the best of it

Stayed for a week with my husband and two teenage boys. Was a little disappointed with the outdated and run down room. Bathroom sink clogged on day one, informed the rental agent but they never fixed it. Had 3 men shaving and all of us brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. Big hole in one wall. Jacuzzi tub lol, I didn’t want to soak my toes in it, never mind my butt! But, we were there for the beach so we made the best of it. Beautiful view of the beach, pools were clean and grounds were nice. It could have been worse, but for the cost…very disappointing.

I liked it was walkable to the beachfront stores. It was right on the beach. It served its purpose. It does need some updating. Unfortunate no washroom by the pool area. You would have to go all the way to your room. The view was amazing.

This room is listed as being able to sleep 6 people. When we arrived, the sofa bed did not pull out. We called the rental company, but no one came to fix it. We had to pull out the Murphy bed. That required us to move the furniture (evening sticking some in a tiny closet) just to be able to move. A note the owners- take out the enormous china cabinet that serves no purpose. The rental is entirely too small for such bulky furniture. While looking for a plug, I found two or more bottle caps behind the night stand. The trip was not terrible- but this room looks a lot better online. Good thing our groups just “rolls with it.”

The property was great, but the only thing I didn’t like is that there was no way to get in contact with housekeeping regarding towels. When we arrived, one of the beds didn’t have any sheets on them so we had to wait for somebody to bring sheets and when they did which was late the next day, they only gave me sheets with no blankets.

The condo was old and nasty. The tyrol roof falling at the living room area and I call to tell Orbitz about that, they link communication with Elliott Rentals Myrtle Beach. Orbitz washed its hands because the property rent was with Elliott Rentals, however Orbitz gave me a coupon for $75 to use next year. Elliott Rentals Myrtle Beach call me and said it will stop by to verify the problem. They went after two days. Never relocate to me. I don’t understand how is possible to rent this kind of condos. Neither Orbitz or Elliott relocate me to other property. I never get any compensation or some kind of refund (only the Orbitz coupon). Orbitz was sorry and said I had to pay for the following days. The furniture were old. The condo floor was hairy. I will think twice before renting a condo. I will read reviews well when renting next time. I rent for a week there

Just my opinion

There were a few things wrong. For one dirty throw pillows on one of the beds. For two the outside light didn’t work so going into the room was extremely dark. Third the lights in both bathrooms didn’t work so I had to use lamps in order to see. I let the lady know they needed to be serviced. She said someone would come and fix them but no one ever came. Fourth the trees blocked the view of the ocean being that it was on the second floor but having two balconies made up for it a little. Other than that the room was decent. Also their check in process for private rentals could have been explained in the email for people checking in late. Not just give them a phone number to call. If I had called 15 minutes later the number given would have been closed for the night i wouldn’t have know where to go or what to do to check in. I also went to the office to speak to someone but every time I went no one was in the office. A waste of time personally. I’m there to enjoy my vacation not stalk the office staff to come in a sign paperwork for my stay as requested they text. Otherwise everything was ok. Yes I would stay again but I feel a discount would be needed to given for my troubles for three days.

Booked 2 units 739 and 740 ... old stove not working the couch was untouchable filthy sticky...i've took some pictures of stained sheets and mold garbage left behind bed from previous rentals and a couple of Cockroaches someone needs to inspect the unit immediately not ok to rent something like that..tried to upload pictures but website not loading them

The unit was disgusting. The wall paper was peeling off of the walls. The entire unit was dirty. When i reported it to the rental agent the did nothing about it. Said they were sending a cleaning crew out to clean it and didnt. The sleeper sofa was broke. There wasnt enough bedding for all of the beds. The entire experience was awful! Never again will be book through this site or the rental company.

Rooms need cleaned & updated!

For some reason my reservation was canceled when I arrived to check in, it was quickly fixed by the manager so no problem there. When we arrived at the room I quickly noticed someone’s “Walmart” foam drinking cup that still had liquid in it just sitting on the counter, no big deal I threw it away. Floors and carpet were sticky, there were DIRTY socks (not ours) on the couch and dresser, wallpaper coming off of walls. The pools were clean, the kids loved how many options there were & the lazy river was a big hit. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream shops & Starbucks. Attractions were a short drive, ok to walk but not with small children who get tired quickly. The beach was literally steps away which was great, a great view from the balcony. I was disappointed in the room, it definitely needs updated and CLEANED. Other than that the stay was good.

I'd stay again

Great area. Short walk to local restaurants and the Boardwalk. We went during bike week so it was a little more crowded and loud than I would like but okay otherwise.
