"My floor was wet cause the tub overflowed and I told the front desk and they said I pretty much need to deal with it till the next day and then they didn’t even clean the damn room! "

"The parking was $15.00, the elevators didn't work almost missed a wedding having to take the stairs from the 4th floor. And the worst was the noise Friday night loud music and yelling we couldn't sleep. I reported to staff but they had no clue. I had expected a lot more from a Hyatt property but I guess that the Place is just out of Place."

"I only spent one night at the hotel, but everything was nice. The lobby is very cute,and clean. The breakfast was decent, nothing too big, just good enough to hold you over. My rm was clean as well"

"Restaurant was closed, website should have reflected- that’s the only reason we chose to stay- The facility was very run down and need of lots of repairs. Tried to get a couple of coffee for the road and after 15 minutes gave up and left after the one lady working was extremely slow and only able to help one at a time?? Cooking and all? Front desk in evening and am were super friendly. "
