"Staff had an attitude when I asked about house keeping. They missed my room multiple times after requesting it to be cleaned. I had to get towels and TP from the front desk!"

"I arrived at the hotel and checked in, only to find another guest already occupying my assigned room. This was quite surprising and frustrating. The manager attempted to find me a different room, but unfortunately, all available rooms were fully booked. Additionally, I found the area surrounding the hotel to be quite unsettling; it felt unsafe and unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what I expected. I won’t be booking here again in the future."
