"I would like to commend the lady who checked us in 8/1 at arund 9-10am. She was very very helpful! We arrived earlier than our check in time and we asked her if its possible since we wont be able to eat our free breakfast the next day since we leaving early for our flight if we can eat breakfast on the day we arrived and whe accomodated us and also made sure we have the room early so we can check in! The guy in the buffer too is really friendly and nice and accomodation! The property is spotless, clean, comfortable ! Higly recommend! "
"The evening front desk upgraded our room and was very friendly. Only issue was there was an emergency with the driver to the airport the next day and we weren’t notified until we asked why he was late and we had to wait for the shuttle from a neighboring hotel. "
