The staff were excellent. The front desk agent was super helpful and accommodating when my room wasn’t on par. I liked the bar and rye size of the rooms. However, my initial room was still being painted and outlets installed which was crazy. My new room was better, but bathroom was still not as clean as it should be. Also, there was limited street parking available, but a deck nearby

I was flabbergasted by the friendliness of front desk staff and their focus on my needs each time I stopped by. Combining that with the convenience of the location (right across the street from the train station and parking much more affordable than in NYC), this hotel is a real gem.

No hot water in the bathroom. Bathroom sink was blocked. Even though its the middle of winter, the ac was on and set at 62. Overall cleanliness was missing. Even though room was booked for 2 additional kids, had to call down for sheets and pillows, then i had to make the bed myself. Staff was great.

yes, limited toilet paper. toilet not cleaned. checkin front desk clerk great but the front desk lady on Thursday around 5pm was soooooo disrespectful, rude and I would even say racist. Terrible. We were 3 guests, staying here for one week. I may not stay here next visit and will suggest same to my colleagues.
