Very nice staff however most definitely not a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in better 3.5 stars. It’s a boutique hotel, but boutique aside if I’m being honest and fair, the only nice thing about it was the lobby bar with music which was lively some nights and the surrounding area was quaint and convenient. Everything you needed was in walking distance, quick uber, and a train across the street. The room itself was outdated, walls and doors thin , tvs extremely old not even able to access Netflix, slow, furniture and fixtures marked up and old, wasn’t the cleanest (experienced 3 different rooms so this wasn’t just one). Food area basic. I’ve seen 3stars with better setups. They put me in an un ready room at the beginning and it really hit me once I came back to the room tired with disabled keys, had to move me and instead of offering money off they offered a free glass of wine which in hindsight wasn’t a fair exchange. For the over 200 I paid a night I don’t think I will be back, not because of that at all I’m a pretty patient person, but because I believe it was very overpriced for the inside. If you need something comfortable and convenient it will do, just expect overpriced and not at all top of the line.
