「We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

Rooms were meticulously cleaned, The beach was incredible and the restaurants had different themed food days throughout the week. The Spa is also something that must be experienced as the Cretan message is unique on its own.-We were really able to unwind and enjoy after hopping the islands. Highly recommended!」

「Excellent! Everything was good. The food gets a bit boring as they repeat many dishes but overall, it was great! Worth the money. A bit far from the airport so arrange to rent a car or Uber it's about € €」
