「This has been one of the best Hotel, experiences I've ever had - Great everything! Food, service, assistance as i have a disability. It's very big and you need to get your bearings. but the staff make it easy.」

「Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite....

「櫃檯人員Travis非常親切。我遺留了充電線在飯店，Travis幫我找到它，並幫我保留在櫃檯，直到我旅程結束回來。當我回來拿取時，Travis竟然可以馬上認出我（儘管上次見面已經是兩週前）。 Check in要直接走進餐酒館，跟餐酒館櫃檯人員詢問，接著由餐酒館內側門進入飯店。飯店櫃檯不是24小時的，房間沒有吹風機，記得在check in時先跟櫃檯借。 飯店地點很棒，附近就是QVB，也有Woolworth連鎖超市。」

「非常寬敞舒適的一間汽車旅館，環境寧靜，不需要很遠已有便利店，油站，餐館. 雖然我住的房間吹風機壞了，旅館又沒有一個可以借給我，但是整體來說，不錯的一個選擇」
