Very nice, clean rooms. Continental breakfast was nice to have. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! They helped us with some spa towels and recommended a few places to eat that were in the area. If you're ok with taking public transit, it was conveniently located next to a bus stop that went into the downtown area

Staff is GREAT. the room we had faced a very busy street and we could not hear any traffic noise including an ambulance with sirens on. Very clear. My only down side is the hot tub is hard to climb out of.

The room is sparkling clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy but simple. There’s a free parking space which is nice. The only problem we had is that we arrived around 9:30pm, the front door was locked and we had to communicate with the staff through intercom. We have to give many of our personal information through loud speaker, and it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Did not use gym or jacuzzi. Gym has everything you need for strength training during a short stay. Did not see yoga mats though, may be nice to have.

Rooms were very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the rainfall shower was a lovely addition. The underground parking was very secure. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney, and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. Breakfast was simple with toast, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. They give you a free drink voucher at the bar which we used for wine. When we checked out we forgot our charge cable bag and we called them when we got to Brisbane. Staff checked the lost and found and located it in less than an hour and offered to mail it or hold it for pickup later. Thank you for going above and beyond and for a stress free and friendly stay.

The room was great, comfortable, very clean and the bed was super comfortable, best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel itself is well kept, quiet and in a great location. City 15mins away. Woolies 5mins walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Importantly our expectations for the room and the staff were met. Not disappointed at all. Clean spaces, friendly staff and great location for our purposes. The provision of a simple but adequate continental breakfast in a pleasant space was much appreciated.
