"I can’t say enough about the staff. They’re very friendly and extremely helpful. I would say that’s the highlight of this facility - the genuine warmth that you feel from the staff. When you needed something they responded immediately and couldn’t be more kind. My husband enjoyed the food but i was a bit picky. For me I felt the restaurant food for evening meals was fresher and tastier than the buffet. What did bother me, perhaps i’m just smell sensitive, was the odor in the air and in the sink water. I understand a lot of these resorts have their own septic system. For me, this smell bothered me all week and because of that i will not be returning which is too bad. The facility is nicely landscaped and all is very clean but i couldn’t deal with the odor. "

"The air conditioning seemed to be timed and on a sensor. When the door was opened or we left the room it shut off making it uncomfortable to come back to. Also the elevators did not work and we were put on the 3rd floor and I am handicapped. So it did make it a little difficult. And just a lot of walking to destinations with no assist for people in my situation and there were a lot of elderly people there with us. Other than that everything was wonderful. The food was great. The shows were fantastic. And the staff very welcoming. The vendors in the middle on the way to the casino were ridiculous. They tried to sell my wife any and everything and they didn’t not take NO for an answer. And their prices were ridiculous luckily my wife is not Pendeja but I can see them taking advantage of elderly people or people that get scared easily. This is unacceptable they do not stop until you buy something!"

"Four buffet not good restaurants are ok nothing fancy but if you don’t have reservations they won’t let you access them . You go to the concierge to make reservations when you get to know and guess what there’s no reservations available until the day you leaving ( coincidence *) I guess The nature and the weather at the Caribbean is beautiful but service staff not friendly and check in and check out process take too long I’ll come to punta Cana again but not for this resort "

"Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. When I brought this miscommunication to Hilton’s attention, they basically replied “So sad, too bad.” "
