"Resort always sparked and smelled clean. My room had some damage to the fridge and cupboards that covered the safe and etc. Beautiful view of the ocean and pools are heated which was lovely"

"The property was exceptional. Our party of six enjoyed the pool and swim up bar, tennis clinic, pool/ping pong, and arts and crafts. We had an excellent experience at the Spa- incredible massages and loved the hydrotherapy session that was included. Staff were wonderful in all locations except for the lobster house and spice restaurants where service was very slow and unfriendly. We felt we were imposing by being there and the food at both of these restaurants was poor. Some of it was inedible - like the crab cake and clam chowder at the lobster house and the salmon sushi at Spice. Because it was so poor. Food at the kitchen buffet was great for breakfast and lunch, but the other restaurants were average at best. We were also disappointed to learn that the beach, while beautiful, was considered to be "unswimmable" most of the year. We would have chosen a different resort if we had know this as we all love to get in the ocean when on a beach vacation. The only time we were able to do that was when we booked a snorkeling trip. Overall, the resort amenities and super helpful staff made the trip special. We had a great time and if you aren't into getting in the ocean and don't mind average food, this will be a good destination for you."

"property was nice. Beach and pool were great. Bathrooms in guest rooms allowed for no privacy. They are also in need of updating. Food was average. Nothing is served hot. Resort would be better off focusing on quality of food instead of quantity at buffets. We had a nice vacation, I just wouldn't choose all inclusive again."
