"Fast check in. Room as expected. Clean. Air conditioning issues but we were out most of the time. Breakfast good. Stayed before and noted even less street issues. Housekeeping good. Really happy to be able to leave a package for a sick friend for pick up later. No issues."

"The view is what you really pay for. It has one of the best views of the falls. It is more on the experience side. A lot of room categories to choose from and nice Suites. We had a presidential suite which was nice and the view was amazing. Everything was clean and modern. Location is great and close to everything. Parking is available but expensive with a choice of vallet, self park or you can park off site for less money."

"This hotel was new, clean, and had very comfortable bed, duvet, and pillows. I would have rated 10/10 if they had informed me there's union strike action in progress where the union workers blocked all the roads into the casino & hotel and only let 1 car in every 15 minutes causing major delays driving to the hotel. Call them to check before you book."

"At first sight, we thought the bath tub was not as clean as it should be. However, upon checking it more closely, we discovered the spots were repairs done to the finish. We would recommend that the tub be replaced with a new one. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable."

"No complaint about Hilton Chicago. Huge hotel with lots of travelers. has extra fees for amenties that I have to pay, which was fine since the pricing was very reasonable in the first place. Others than sleeping at night, my wife and I spend all of time enjoying our visit in Chicago. Hilton was a very nice place to stay for a few days."
