「My husband and I visited Rocky Gap for a weekend in August. We went to a comedy show Thursday night and enjoyed the small venue area for the comedian. The doors opened at 7 and once we sat down, we had access to a small bar in the room. No snacks or appetizers in the show room. The next day we hiked the lake loop trail. 「This property was newly renovated. When we checked in, we inquired about the laundry room (hours, cost, location, etc). She told us that the washing machine was free but the dryer was coin operated. That was not true, $2 to wash, $3 to dry. I didn’t have enough quarters to dry, and front desk didn’t have any change, so she let me dry my clothes in the hotel dryer. That was a save! We got a king bed suite. It was spacious, clean, and fairly new. And thank goodness NO carpet! I hate carpet in...

「Scenic and very nice big rooms.」

「Loved that it was pet-friendly but there isn’t a lot of green space nearby. No ice machines but the desk staff were always courteous about filling ice bags. 40th street traffic can be loud but the hotel is so conveniently located to lots of walkable shops and restaurants. 」
