The Hot Metal Bridge is one of Pittsburgh's most distinct bridges--and considering there are over 300 of them in the city, that's saying a lot. Technically speaking, it consists of two different bridges, one being the aforementioned, and the other the "Monongahela Connecting Railroad Bridge". Although, if you ask where the Monongahela Connecting Railroad Bridge is, people will look at you like you have spinach in your teeth. There's a charming bike path on the side, and it's part of the GAP (Great Allegheny Passage), which goes all the way to DC. iPhone 4S photo
