「Broken stairs, air conditioning didn’t work well, room smells of stale smoke, broken door knob in restroom, broken toilet paper holder, bed was spring mattress & very uncomfortable, bathroom floor very dirty」

「Days Inn was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, the furniture was stained, and nothing worked — not even the Wi‑Fi. I tried checking in at 5 PM and was told there were no clean sheets or towels available because the dryers were broken. Staff openly stated the owner knew about the issue but chose to take no action.
