This was the most breath taking experience. The lake view is absolutely beautiful and we even got to see several deer frolicking around the property and even on the drive up to the property. It was so peaceful and the amenities were very accommodating. The boathouse is beautiful to just sit and watch the lake even if you don't fish or use the kayaks. It's family and pet friendly too. There's swings and a fire pit and a grill and an outdoor eating area on the porch. I would recommend bringing...

The staff was incredibly friendly. Our rook had two queen beds and was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too. We came to ride the Texas State Railroad. This hotel was only 10 minutes away. Perfect location and great price.

The hotel is always very clean and the staff goes out of their was to make your stay great. The breakfast buffet is Awesome and the lady working it was possibly the nicest I've met in years. Nice big, clean rooms, microwave, and great T.V. stations.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We were asked by more than 1 employee if we needed anything to make our stay better. Our king room was comfortable, and the AC got very cold, which was nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is great. The rooms are really nice. Slept very good in a quiet area. But what really sold us was the excellent free breakfast we got in the morning and I’m talking a real breakfast eggs bacon sausage toast you name it I won’t say anywhere else if I come to Palestine.

Our room on top floor overlooking the pool was spacious and quiet. It had been simply but comfortably renovated, except for the shower/toilet (old but clean). The king bed had a firm mattress and soft sheets. I would recommend this hotel.

Quiet, safe, and clean with a comfortable bed. Good sized mini fridge with a separate freezer that was almost the same size, not just a tiny ice shelf at the top of the fridge like in most motels. Very dog-friendly and has a good sized grassy hill at the back of the motel with pine trees that made for a great doggy bathroom - very clean area, seems like everyone picks up after their dogs.

Everything was good the thing that I didn’t
Like is how much they charge for an early
Check in, I had just drove over 6 hours and wanted to get ready before my appointment and the early check in fee was just ridiculous, I don’t mind paying extra but what they charged was crazy. I did an early check in before and it was $20 less than what they charged this time
