「The bed and pillows smelled awful. The ceiling was peeling. And being in the room caused my asthma to be extremely bad, pretty sure there was mold. But the front desk people were great 」

「Hot tub and sauna were both closed indefinitely (we weren’t informed of this until after we had booked). Hotel was drastically overpriced for what you get. Earplugs in the lobby is never a good sign. We could hear every footstep and noise in the inn, including people snoring multiple rooms away from us. Super thin walls, not a lot of space in the rooms, and no mini fridges either. Breakfast was solid, but taken away promptly at 9:00am, which is a bit early. There was rarely any staff members...

「The accommodations were very good, especially accommodating our dog which is difficult in the area. Nicely appointed amenities. The included breakfast was outstanding. The decor was classy but not pretentious. They admitted there was a stain on our rug and carpet replacement was pending. Lastly they prepared the sofa bed for son. Overall an excellent experience. 」
