"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Shangri-La Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
A special mention to the receptionist, Nao, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their dedication truly made our experience even more memorable.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views, great location and ultimate comfort. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Every facility—from the pool to the spa—was top-notch and well-maintained.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I would highly recommend Shangri-La to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. Can’t wait to visit again!

"Clean room, share bath room and washroom is pretty clean too, Laundry is convenient and there is an AC waiting room from 9am to 9pm ish. The only downside for my cabin is I couldn’t connect to wifi and even cellular signal is really weak due to the metal roof top. The common waiting area has wifi but it’s only for limited hours. "
