Paradise on the Beach Resort - Palm Cove
2/10 Terrible
"room is clean but between 6days dont have housekeeping (need extra paid),the dishwashing liquid is smelly smell like toilet cleaning 我觉得他们放错了罐子 所以我没有使用 所有备品都不足够 没有打扫应该要多一些 然后水壶很脏 我洗了五次 水才没有污垢 "
"On the positive side there were lovely beach views, excellent staff, and it was a great location close to everything in Palm Cove. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolates in the fridge on arrival. The things that weren’t so good included: the hot water in the shower never got past warm, the aircon in the main bedroom didn’t blow cold air when set on cool mode, the towels were small and thin and it was impossible to block out the light by closing the Venetian blinds. Additionally, the room was directly opposite the chapel so privacy was limited. Overall it was good but expensive "
"Amazing property. Staff are great. Especially at the pool bar. The best pool we have ever been to in Australia. We had bad weather, but even this could not spoil if for us. Will definitely come back."
"This apartment and the beach community around it were wonderful. It was very laid back and quiet. We explored multiple beaches during our visit and this was our favorite. "
"The 3 bedroom villa with private pool was one of the highlights on our month long tour of Australia. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful (we unexpectedly arrived after check in time - denoted as 6pm on Expedia, but 5:30pm is the actual close. No worries as staff had arranged a very easy alternate check in method).
The space in the villa was huge, the kitchen and pantry full of helpful item, the grounds were immaculate and full of flora and fauna. Just breathtaking.
We'd travel back to Palm Cove just to stay at the Sanctuary!"
"Stayed as a family group and everyone loved it. Rooms were clean and tidy and well appointed. The pool and BBQ area was great and fun for everyone. Check-in was easy and the location excellent, a short walk down to the beach and high street area with plenty of shops and restaurants "
