「Brendan was very friend. We had a very relaxing stay. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was so quiet. Bed was very comfortable so slept very well. Bath was nicely remodeled. It was the perfect location for us to attend a local wedding.」

「The hotel was quiet ,hospitable and very comforting and welcoming staff.A peaceful,beautiful experience in a clean well kept ,very hospitable stay .」

「We only stayed one night at the Starlite Motel. This motel is not like other places we have stayed. It was quiet and it had character. We really liked that our room included a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The backyard area was great for us to relax with friends and play games. 「one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.」

「Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. 「The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.」

「This place is gorgeous. It’s a mid century hotel with rustic touches. Very inviting, very relaxing. Takes you back to calmer easier times. Huge great room with lots of windows, a fireplace and a bar. Large deck has rocking chairs, a fire pit and quite the view, it overlooks 5 states. 「Ben was such a great host and so lovely to chat with. It was for sure an LGBTQIA+ friendly B&B, and we felt right at home amongst the incredibly eclectic decor. SUCH a cool and interesting house. The breakfasts were also great, the mushroom quiche especially! No complaints :)」
