"Room was spotless. Breakfast was perfect. The kitchen staff were beyond amazing! My only compliant was the check in desk (I sent my grandson to ask for the wi-fi password) an older hispanic lady was extremely rude to him & I. She said it was on a paper in the room. We searched everywhere & couldn't find it. Finally we gave up. I was not going to return to the front and have to deal with this lady again!"
