She showed real empathy for us when we had arrived a day early unintentionally and she worked quickly to get our room available that day. Her helpful recommendations for the Grand Canyon National Park were spot on. Efficiency Extraordinaire! Our only regret is we didn’t get her name. She was at the desk the afternoon of April 23, 2024.
