"This property is a gem. It is build as part of an ancient courier station that has significant Chinese history. The park in the back lights up at night and provides a beautiful contrast with the bustling Suzhou. You get the same feel of the Venice-like town all to yourself.
The hotel itself also has what you would expect of a 5star hotel with restaurants and various gyms/spa/family amenities.
A must stay if you visit Suzhou!"

"This is a newly opened hotel with an excellent experience. The front desk staff are highly professional and genuinely friendly. The room design is very thoughtful and stands out from standard hotel styles, beautifully incorporating local Suzhou elements. Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit, complimentary bottled water, and a Suzhou city map, which shows the hotel’s attention to detail. It’s clear that this hotel is run with great care and passion.
