Staff were friendly, rooms were well cleaned. Enough room for open trailers to parking. But no water pressure for showers and couldn’t take baths because the plug wasn’t doing its job.

Great place to stay, easy to check in and out. The room was great, comparable to 4* or 3* hotel rooms I've stayed in - obviously overall there were a lot less facilities at this location - but I wasn't expecting any. (In the morning I found a great breakfast place about a 3 min drive away - and there were at least 4 other restaurant options I passed on the way). Would I stay here again? YES definitely.

A good basic hotel/motel, clean and tidy. Very good for the price - pretty basic though, so not recommended if you want some luxury. No kettle in room, but I used the coffee maker to get hot water. Also the bath plug didn't work in bathroom so I had a shower instead, a minor point but a bit annoying.

The jetted tub room had red lights , made it feel rather uncomfortable for a family therefore we didn’t use. The carpet was very very dirty, walking on it made our feet black. It did the job for sleep , for our 2 days at the zoo. Staff was very very polite and courteous

The room has not been updated in 30 years it seems. The walls are definitely not sound proof. Lou Lou, the night staff person was fantastic. The location worked very well for our skiing needs and parking is easy and free.

AVOID THIS PLACE. We stayed there for one night with our three children. When we got there, they asked for $100 more on the deposit than what the website said. Secondly, when we got to our room, we were missing a 3rd set of sheets and pillows for the extra bed. So I tried calling front desk, no answer. I used the numbers on Google to reach the office, both numbers were out of service. When I went out to the office, the lady pointed out the janitor and told me to go ask him for the bedding. I walked up to him and asked politely, whenever he gad the chance. He stood up annoyed and sighed “yeah. i’ll go get it.” Everything was poorly maintained. The shower head was spraying water to the ceiling, the door to the suite’s second room was a mirror door and it’s all broken and won’t close. Some plugs don’t work. The sink was blocked. It smelled like cigarettes. No vending machines, no breakfast. To add i sult to injury, my husband never got his $200 deposit back.
